$35 per page to update content pages. This charge presumes some editing and formatting. If the pages require extensive editing and formatting there will be an additional charge, which we can quote before service is rendered.
$100 per layout modification such as changing site links and graphics. If a requested modification requires extensive re-work, we will provide a quote before the service is rendered.
Subscription: Please inquire about a subscription for routine content changes (in lieu of pay-as-you-go), e.g., $250 per annum for monthly updates for a small web-site. This will be a good idea if you plan to regularly update your content.
Occasional minor modifications such as changing a word here or there: generally, performed as a courtesy for our clients.
The pricing options above are presented to demonstrate pricing for websites that, from a website developer's perspective, do not require exceptional customization. Please note that these prices are NOT intended to apply to highly customized websites that require unique customized applications such as extensive javascripting or any server side programming (e.g., log-in, blogs, & other database applications). We will be happy to discuss your needs. If the prices noted above are not applicable, we will be up front and provide a quote.
